 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is permanent housing in which housing assistance (e.g., long-term leasing or rental assistance) and supportive services are provided  to assist households in achieving housing stability. 

Coordinated Entry (CE) serves as the system front door and is designed to match homeless households to the most  appropriate housing intervention, based on their vulnerability and housing barriers, as well as project  availability (e.g., Diversion and Priority Pool).
